What to Expect

Participants begin with a personalized interview with Dr. Karie to assess readiness and

begin, you will begin 28 days of complete focus, following specific food guidelines and

engaging in intentional daily habits that include meal timing, gentle exercise, and stress

relief practices. After the first 14 days you will come in and see Dr. Karie for a 2nd interview,

a review of how it is going, and to adjust accordingly.
