Over the years this has developed into a diverse and multifaceted approach to individual needs based on your goals and current wellness. WHAT WE DO
Nutrition counseling that emphasizes balanced eating habits and body positivity. Support for men and women who have complex relationships with food, weight gain and/or loss, disordered eating, gut health, digestive disorders, and food sensitivities. I can create an adaptable, individualized, weekly meal plan, and recipe ideas for you and your loved ones.

We offer additional, supplementary materials as needed, including grocery checklists, emotional eating worksheets, and food/mood journals. Our staff has a variety of methodologies that can help you create the health and wellness you are striving for.
